PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Aero Chipper is designed to machine aluminum at impressive metal removal rates. The polished, up-sharp insert is ground to achieve a combination of roughing and finishing capabilities. There are 9 different corner radiuses available as well as a coated grade for more abrasive cast aluminum. This tool has seen impressive feed rates of 2000 IPM with metal removals of 400 in³/min! Available in “G-Body” for more reliable pocket integrity.
